On July 24, 2026, the intensive training workshop for the hand‑roasting craftsmanship of West Lake Longjing Tea came to a successful end at Chadou Tea Industry under Efuton. Hosted by the Bureau of Agriculture and Rural Affairs of Xihu District, the workshop invited industry authorities including Shao Minghua and Shen Hong as instructors. Over five days, participants received systematic training covering the "ten core roasting techniques" and heat‑fire control. Attendees included second‑generation and third‑generation tea‑farm descendants as well as young tea artisans. The program aims to sustain the living inheritance of this intangible‑cultural‑heritage tea‑making skill of humanity.
