Yesterday, with the support of the Zhoushan Maritime Safety Administration, the "Hanover Express" vessel smoothly entered the Jintang Port Area of Ningbo-Zhoushan Port and safely berthed at Berth No. 4 of the Dapukou Container Terminal, marking the resumption of foreign trade maritime operations in the Jintang Port Area after the typhoon. It is understood that before the typhoon warning was lifted, maritime law enforcement officers strengthened communication with the "Hanover Express" vessel through various channels such as VHF and telephone, informing them in detail of changes in the navigation environment in the relevant waters and safety precautions, reminding the ship's crew to implement various windproof and anti-drifting anchor measures, and to conduct self-inspection and rectification before entering the port. On the day of the vessel's berthing, the maritime department relied on the smart maritime system and CCTV high-definition video monitoring to implement "point-to-point" dynamic tracking of the entire process of the vessel's entry into the port, keeping abreast of the vessel's position, speed, and deviation trends, and maintaining coordination with on-site patrol boats and the ship's crew to ensure smooth navigation and safe and orderly berthing operations.
