Launched in 1964, SIAL Paris is a world-renowned global food and beverage exhibition hosted by Comexposium Group. It alternates with Anuga in Germany on a biennial basis. The 2024 edition was held at Paris Nord Villepinte Exhibition Centre from October 19 to 23.
Marking the 60th anniversary of both the establishment of China-France diplomatic relations and SIAL's founding, the 2026 event will feature a special Sino-French Food Industry Cooperation Exchange Forum. It is expected to welcome 285,000 industry professionals from 205 countries and regions, alongside 7,500 exhibitors representing 127 territories, showcasing over 400,000 products.
Spanning a total exhibition area of 270,000 square meters, the show covers the entire industrial chain including agricultural and sideline products, packaging machinery and health food, with 19 product categories and 15 themed exhibition zones. A full lineup of supporting activities will run concurrently, such as the SIAL Innovation Awards, SIAL Talks, SIAL Startup Zone and SIAL Summits. The summit will focus on four core themes: corporate social responsibility, artificial intelligence & advanced technology, supply chain and African markets. The 15th International Culinary Photography Festival will also take place during the event. Enterprises from China and across the globe will gather to participate.

The total number of exhibitors is projected to exceed 8,000, setting a new record once again. Industry leaders worldwide will converge to present more than 400,000 products.
