Brief Report On China's Tea Import And Export Situation in January February 2026

According to data from China Customs:

 

In February 2026, China's tea exports totaled 28,600 tons, an increase of 27.62% year-on-year and a decrease of 27.99% month-on-month;

 

the export value was US$114 million, an increase of 44.21% year-on-year and a decrease of 26.01% month-on-month;

 

the average export price was US$3.98 per kilogram, an increase of 13.00% year-on-year and an increase of 2.75% month-on-month.

 

From January to February 2026, China's total tea exports reached 68,200 tons, an increase of 3.53% year-on-year;

 

the total export value was US$267 million, an increase of 16.43% year-on-year;

 

the average export price was US$3.92 per kilogram, an increase of 12.46% year-on-year.
