The difference between Longjing and Dafang tea
There are many green tea, many people drink tea in daily life, and many tea friends of Dafang tea are relatively unfamiliar, and some have not even heard of it. Dafang tea, which looks like Longjing tea, is a famous tea in Chinese history. What are the differences between Longjing tea and Dafang tea?
1. Difference of origin
Longjing is native to Longjing Village, West Lake, Hangzhou, Zhejiang Province; Longjing tea is divided into West Lake Longjing tea, Qiantang Longjing tea, Yuezhou Longjing tea and Shengzhou tea because of their different origins. Laozhu Dafang is produced near Yulingguan at the junction of Anhui and Zhejiang in the northeast of she County, Anhui Province. Laozhu Dafang in the centralized production area includes laozhupu, sanyangkeng and Jinchuan.
2. Quality difference
Dafang tea, which looks like Longjing tea, has obvious differences in appearance and quality. Dafang tea has a straight and smooth appearance, flat and neat, fat lines, dark emerald green and yellowish color, hidden buds and covered with golden antlers. Longjing tea is flat and smooth in shape, with sharp seedlings, buds longer than leaves, light green in color, and no fluff on the body surface.
3. Historical differences
Longjing tea is one of the top ten traditional famous teas in China, with a history of more than 1200 years. Dafang tea was created in Longqing (1567-1572) of the Ming Dynasty, with a tea history of about 500 years.
