Muslims usually call fasting "closed fasting" or "fasting". Fasting people close their fasting (do not eat or drink) from 3 a.m. to 16 a.m. every day. They can only drink tea and eat after sunset.  During Ramadan, purgan (another name for the Koran) is often recited in order to carry out "meditation".  After the completion of more than a month of fasting, a grand ceremony is held in the mosque to celebrate Eid al-Fitr.  Eid al-Fitr is not only a celebration for the successful completion of Ramadan fasting, but also a good night for Muslim families to get together and meet each other.  On this day, Muslim men and women shower, burn incense, change their clothes, go to the mosque to attend the ceremony, listen to the imam "Wazi" (sermon).  After church, every family will take fried oil, fried dough twist, and twisted twist. Some people will slaughter chicken and sheep to cook local dishes with unique flavor.  Such as Ningxia Hui people stewed mutton, powder soup dumplings, hand-held mutton, sweet and sour carp;  Xinjiang pilaf, roast whole sheep;  Lanzhou beef ramen, steamed chicken;  Xi 'an mutton steamed bun and so on.  Friends and relatives meet, mutual way "color two eyes" greetings greetings.  Some asked imams to read the Quran on the graves of relatives and friends of the deceased to mourn the bereaved loved ones and pray for the mercy of Allah for the dead to enter heaven as soon as possible.
