     A cup of delicious chunmee tea usually requires careful selection of factors such as temperature, time and water quality for brewing.           When the water temperature reaches 80℃, put an appropriate amount (about 5 grams) neatly into the pot; then pour in about 250 ml of boiling water at a temperature of about 80℃; finally, cover and let stand for 2-3 minutes before enjoying.

Gunpowder tea: rich and mellow

     Compared with chunmee tea, the flavor of gunpowder tea is richer and mellower. It is a semi-fermented tea made from tender buds, which releases a rich aroma and taste during the brewing process.

     To brew a cup of delicious gunpowder tea, you need to put an appropriate amount (about 5 grams) neatly into the pot; then pour about 250 ml of boiling water at a temperature of about 100℃; finally, cover and let it stand for 2-3 minutes before enjoying.
