(1) Mandatory labeling of content

    1. Product Name
The product name should be prominently displayed on the label. When one or several names have been specified in national or industry standards, one of these names or an equivalent name should be selected. When there are no such specified names, commonly used or common names that do not mislead or confuse consumers must be used.

    2. Ingredient List
Tea is basically made from a single raw material and may not be indicated on the label. But if other additives are added during the processing, they must be arranged one by one in descending order of the amount added; When the amount added does not exceed 2%, the ingredients may not be arranged in order.

    3. Quantitative labeling of ingredients
When emphasizing the addition of one or more valuable and distinctive ingredients or when the content is low on the label or instruction manual, the emphasized ingredient quantity should be indicated.

    4. Net content and solid weight
The net weight (in grams or kilograms) must be indicated. If there are several small packages in the same packaging and several products are packaged separately, the total net quantity should be indicated, and the small package quantity and number of each product should also be indicated.

   5. Names and addresses of manufacturers and distributors
The name and address of the legally registered unit responsible for the manufacturing (or production factory), packaging, packaging, or sales of the product must be indicated; The name and address of a group company or its subsidiary that independently assumes legal responsibility in accordance with the law should be indicated. In addition, for the convenience of communication, it is best to label the phone number, postal code, etc.

    6. Date markings and storage instructions
The production date and shelf life (or storage period) of the premium tea inside the packaging must be indicated. The order of date annotation is year, month, and day.
The indication of shelf life can be based on the statement 'preferably consumed before xx/xx/xxxx'.
The indication of shelf life can be made using the method of "drinking before xx/xx/xxxx", or "shelf life until xx/xx/xxxx", or "shelf life of xx months", "shelf life of xx months", or "shelf life until xx/xx/xxxx".

    7. Product standard number
The national standards, industry standards, local standards, or registered enterprise standard codes and sequence numbers implemented by the enterprise should be indicated.
    8. Quality (Quality) Level
Products that have clearly specified their quality level in product standards (national standards, industry standards, provincial and local standards) must have their quality level indicated on the label.

(2) Exemption from mandatory labeling content
     When the maximum surface area of the product packaging or packaging container is less than 10 square centimeters, only the product  name, net content, manufacturer (or distributor) name, and address may be indicated.

   Imported pre-packaged food should indicate the name of the country or region of origin, as well as the name and address of the agent, importer, or distributor registered in China in accordance with the law; Exempt the manufacturer's name and address.

(3) Non mandatory project labeling
   1.Batch number - indicate if necessary.
   2.Drinking method - If necessary, indicate the opening method, drinking method, daily consumption amount, and other helpful instructions for consumers.
