The result was much surprised! There is no absolute first place, each of the four provinces will win a championship.

The first champion: Yunnan, with the largest tea plantation area. To produce good tea, one must first have a territory. By 2025, the total area of tea gardens in China will be 53.12 million acres. Yunnan has reached the top with an absolute advantage of breaking through 8 million acres. More than one million acres more than the second place Guizhou. Looking at the whole country, Yunnan and Guizhou, the two strong southwestern regions, firmly occupy the top two positions in tea plantation area.
The second champion: Fujian, with the highest tea production. Many people say that a large area does not necessarily mean high production. That's true! The tea plantation area in Fujian is less than 4 million acres, ranking fifth in the country. But the production of dry tea is as high as 550000 tons, making it the only province in China to exceed 500000 tons! Why so awesome? Because the tea plantation yield in Fujian has been ranked first in the country for more than 30 consecutive years. Fujian can produce more and better tea on the same acre of land. This strength is really beyond words.
The third champion: Guizhou, with the highest tea production value compared to the total output, who else can make more money. The result was even more surprising! Guizhou's total tea production ranks fifth in the country, but the total output value of dry tea is over 45 billion yuan, ranking first in the country! More than 5 billion yuan higher than the second place Sichuan, and higher than Fujian and Yunnan. This is the best proof of high-quality development.
The fourth champion: Zhejiang, with the highest tea exports, not only domestically but also internationally. By 2025, China's tea exports will reach 418800 tons, ranking second in the world. Among them, Zhejiang province exported 185300 tons, accounting for 44.2% of the national total! The export volume also ranks first steadily. Relying on the national IP and strong foreign trade advantages of West Lake Longjing, Zhejiang has sold Chinese tea to the world.

Actually, striving for first place is not that important. Pu'er from Yunnan, oolong from Fujian, Longjing from Zhejiang, Qihong from Anhui, and green tea from Guizhou each have their own strengths and unique characteristics. It is precisely because of such a prolific tea producing province that we can drink so many delicious teas.
