The cross-industry revolution of tea

This project has pioneered a completely new industrial chain for tea products used in the food industry, realizing a leap from traditional "cup-brewed hot beverage" tea to modern tea products. It has elucidated the dynamic dissolution patterns of quality components and the bioactivity and mechanisms of action of functional components, creating high-value-added products such as high-quality raw tea for the food industry, high-quality tea extracts, and highly active functional tea products. It has been granted 75 invention patents, formulated 1 international standard, and 7 national and industry standards, promoting the formation and development of new consumer industries such as tea beverages and novel tea drinks in China.
