Looking ahead, the high‑quality development of the tea industry calls for a shift from resource‑driven to system‑driven growth, from single‑product sales to comprehensive operation, and from local specialty to cultural brand. The practical value of tea‑culture research lies in providing referential conceptual frameworks and practical approaches for such transformation.

First, strengthen the theoretical development of tea culture to consolidate the foundation for industrial progress. Researchers of tea culture, tea enterprises, industry associations and governments of tea‑producing regions shall be encouraged to jointly build the tea‑culture system. We shall systematically collate and modernly interpret tea history, tea customs, tea craftsmanship, tea rituals and tea brands, so as to form a knowledge system that is communicable, educative and applicable.

Second, integrate tea culture with the building of regional brands. Rooted in respective resource endowments, different tea‑growing regions shall define differentiated positioning and avoid stereotyped homogeneity, enabling each tea‑producing area to foster its unique cultural identification system.

Third, combine tea culture with rural revitalization. Connecting agriculture‑rural areas on one end and urban consumption on the other, the tea industry serves as a vital carrier for raising farmers' income, advancing industrial integration and revitalizing rural culture. Empowered by tea culture, tea plantations can be turned into scenic spots, tea factories into study classrooms, tea folk customs into experiential programs, and tea rituals into marketable products, promoting the integrated development of primary, secondary and tertiary industries.

Fourth, align tea culture with healthy lifestyles. As social consumption concepts evolve, the public attaches greater importance to physical and mental wellbeing, emotional regulation and quality of life. Dissemination of tea culture shall follow scientific, rational and compliant expressions, with priorities placed on guiding healthy lifestyles, aesthetic education and cultural nourishment.

Fifth, develop a talent system for tea culture. Industrial upgrading requires interdisciplinary professionals equipped with expertise in tea science, tea art and tea history, alongside competence in branding, marketing, communication and industrial operation. Through training, study tours, vocational education and industrial practice, we shall cultivate specialists in tea culture who understand cultural heritage, excel in expression, are capable of business management and good at communication.

The modern transformation of tea culture is essentially value reconstruction of traditional resources for the modern industrial system. The significance of tea‑culture research is to link tea's historical roots, humanistic spirit, communication pathways and contemporary responsibilities via the Four‑Tea System, offering systematic thinking for the high‑quality development of the tea industry.

Against the backdrop of building a culturally‑strong country, rural revitalization, consumption upgrading and industrial integration, the future of the tea industry is not merely about "selling tea products". More importantly, we shall "establish cultural identity, strengthen brand competitiveness, extend industrial chains and tell well‑crafted Chinese stories". Let tea culture truly penetrate products, brands, consumption scenarios, daily life and the wider world.
