According to the different objects and the amount of green tea owned and preserved, the preservation and storage methods of green tea are mainly divided into two categories: professional and family. There are three professional preservation methods:
One is the lime block preservation method. Quicklime blocks are packed in white muslin bags. The green tea is put into a white cotton paper bag, covered with a kraft paper bag, and then the small pottery altar is washed and dried, and white paper is placed under it. The green tea tea bag is placed in the small pottery pot, and one or two lime bags are embedded in the middle. Seal the mouth of the jar with several layers of grass, and finally compact it with bricks or planks to reduce the amount of air exchange. After that, the preservation condition should be checked frequently, and the lime should be replaced in time after deliquescence.
The second is the carbon storage method. The operation method is basically the same as the lime block preservation method. The materials used are only charcoal after burning, and the tea utensils can be replaced by earthenware pots or small tin buckets. The capacity of charcoal bags and green tea tea bags can be increased or decreased depending on the size of the container.
The third is the green tea refrigeration method. Dry the tea leaves with water vapor, and the water content is between 3-5%, not more than 6%. Green tea leaves are put into aluminized composite bags, heat-sealed, the air in the bags is extracted with a breathing air extractor, nitrogen is flushed at the same time, and the sealing stickers are added, placed in a tea box, and then sent to a low-temperature refrigerator for preservation. This method is the best tea preservation method under the current scientific and technological level. Large amount of storage, long time.
