The brewing method directly affects the taste and aroma of tea soup. Techniques vary by tea category, with core principles: suitable water temperature, reasonable tea dosage, appropriate brewing time.
1. Water temperature: Adjust by fermentation degree
✅ Green tea, new white tea, yellow tea: 80℃-85℃ warm water (avoid high temperature destroying nutrients and fresh taste).
✅ Oolong tea, black tea, dark tea, aged white tea: 100℃ boiling water (fully stimulate aroma and taste).
2. Tea dosage: Conventional ratio 1:50 (1g tea with 50ml water); adjust according to personal taste (increase for heavy taste, decrease for light taste).
3. Brewing time
✅ First brew ("washing tea"): ≤10 seconds, remove dust and impurities.
✅ Subsequent brews: Extend time gradually (green tea/yellow tea: 2-3 times; oolong/black tea: 3-5 times; dark tea/aged white tea: 5-8 times or more).
4. Tea set selection
✅ Green tea: Glass cup (observe soup and tea shape).
✅ Oolong/black tea: Purple clay pot or covered bowl (good heat preservation, stimulate aroma).
✅ Dark tea: Pottery pot (convenient for boiling, improve taste).
