Any aged Pu-erh tea older than 60 years is fake

The fermentation process for ripe Pu-erh tea was only successfully developed in 1973, and the technology was basically finalized by 1975. Before that, ripe Pu-erh simply did not exist. Raw Pu-erh will never become ripe Pu-erh, no matter how long it is stored-the difference between raw and ripe lies in the processing method, not the storage time. Therefore, ripe Pu-erh tea cakes claiming to be over 50 years old on the market can generally be considered fake. Similarly, white tea cakes only began to be pressed using methods similar to Pu-erh tea around 2006, and white tea cakes claiming to be over 15 years old are also generally unreliable.

What exactly is the purpose of rinsing tea? Do you really know?
