   In Morocco, mint tea is sometimes flavored with herbs, fresh flowers, or orange blossom water. The local green mint has a clear, spicy, and mild aroma.In the cold winter, they add many warm herbs such as mint and mugwort. Since ancient times, mint has been used as an infusion, soup, and herb throughout the Mediterranean region.
   Generally, tea should be served three times. The soaking time gives each cup of tea a unique flavor.

【 Ingredients 】
Fresh mint, in large quantities
Green tea bags, 1-2 bags
Rock sugar/sugar cubes, moderate amount
80℃  boiling water, moderate amount

Wash the mint thoroughly and leave the branches behind. Fill the entire teapot to the brim
Put mint leaves, sugar, and tea bags in two teapots, pour in 80 degree hot water and simmer
3-5 minutes

You can stir the mint for easy soaking, flavor extraction, and sugar dissolution
