   Senegalese residents have developed a deep-seated tea-drinking habit from childhood, with distinct personal taste preferences. Locals tend to gather in their leisure time to share favored tea brands and share tea from the same pot, making tea drinking a core daily social ritual as well as a healthy daily routine. It helps refresh the mind and maintain energy, and the process of waiting for tea to be brewed also becomes a bonding occasion for locals to communicate and strengthen interpersonal relationships.
   In terms of brewing methods, boiling tea is the mainstream preference in Senegal. Locals follow fixed daily tea-drinking schedules: around 10 a.m. after breakfast, 2 p.m. after lunch, 4 p.m. after finishing work, and 8 p.m. after dinner. Only busy office workers opt for quick steeping brewing for efficiency, while the vast majority of locals stick to traditional boiling brewing; wealthy households even arrange servants to prepare boiled tea daily.
   The flavor and concentration of brewed tea are mainly determined by the brewer. The brewer will select preferred tea brands for the group, and control the dosage of tea leaves to adjust the strength and richness of the tea liquor according to collective taste preferences.
